*NOTE* all of these did not happen in a day or two. weeks-months is more like it.
*NOTE2* THIS IS UBER LONG, but i spell checked and everything to make sure it was worth reading >w<

:star:Forehead:The walk was worse than yesterday’s. They had been looking for the group for a little less than a week now. “Why do I have to be out here…? Why did they split me with you?” Farrisa whined.
“Because,” Dan begun, “You’re the only one other than Tetreen that doesn’t hate me.” He sat down on what was left of a mangled bench with a rock lying on it.
“Who said I didn’t hate you?” She snorted, tickled at his assumption.
“Your eyes, they talk more than those lips hidden under that scarf.” She was flustered; a mixture of agitation and embarrassment. She stood in front of him with her arms crossed against her chest and glaring at him.
“’the hell are you talking about, Newby-Dan?” She mumbled. He smirked and stood up; towering over her small, petite body. She had to look upward to keep the draggers coming from her eyes aimed at his face.
“They’re your eyes, Farrisa… You should know what they’re saying.”
“What are they saying now?” She was hoping for a word that rhymed with ‘langer.’ He lightly grabbed her arms, right below the shoulders. He kissed her forehead, but over her hair.
“Interest.” He whispered, backing away from her head to look at her face. He was hoping his kiss would give her that look of ‘interest’ he was brave enough to spout from his mouth. Her cheeks were doing the talking this time; pure red and screaming ‘I don’t know how to respond but I didn’t hate that.’
His reward for proving his point a bit was a fist to the gut. Farrisa walked in front of Dan the rest of the night. She didn’t want her eyes ‘talking’ to him again.

:star:Nose:“I need to find some flowers or something soon.” Farrisa panted. Dan looked over at his teammate, she was breathing hard and her eyes were drooping. He was never told why she needed to ‘smell’ flowers once or twice a day, but he knew she wouldn’t last long without them.
“I don’t see any…” Dan began to say, but cut himself off at the sight of a clearing. “Wait, there are some Lilies over there, Farrisa.” He engulfed her hand with his and led her to the clearing. He helped her back up every time she stumbled, too.
“Take off your scarf,” He sighed, “go ahead and do your sniffing or whatever.” Farrisa couldn’t take a chance, though.
“Walk away… Ten feet…” she ordered. She looked up to Dan, he could see the sincerity in her eyes. He obeyed his orders and sat a safe distance away. His eyes didn’t leave her, though.
She pulled down her scarf ever so slowly, and picked a Lily. Her small, slender nose almost touched the tips of the peddles. Dan examined her head lift, chest expand, and pollen-like sparkles flow out of the flower and in through her nose. Farrisa did this a few times, and looked over at Dan.
“It’s all over now,” She shouted to Dan. The man nodded and walked up to her while she stood and covered her face again. The ‘we can go now’ look Farrisa gave him was blatantly ignored. Dan leaned down and pulled the scarf off her nose, scaring Farrisa into holding her scarf over her mouth. A kiss on the nose was why he was bold enough to touch her scarf.
“I didn’t know your nose was so cute,” he chuckled. Farrisa tightly knotted her scarf under her eyes, trying to hide her blushing face. If he got the slightest satisfaction he would never let her live it down.

:star:Ear:“Quit making me laugh, Dan! My side is starting to hurt,” Farrisa giggled. Dan was finally showing his true nature: being caring and silly. He couldn’t stop smiling, he had never heard her laugh before.
“but I have one more joke I haven’t told,” he whined humorously. They smiled at each other for a while, until noise came from a bush. They both swiveled their attention to the source of the disruption. Three chicobos came rustling out with their mamabo trotting behind them.
“how cute,” Farrisa sighed.
She must have had a soft spot for those crazy birds too, Dan thought. He was gawking at this point.
The Chocobo-mama and chicobo-babies stared at the two humans who were both looking at something that they thought was cute. The bird quacked at them, motioned its head ‘follow me’ and walked on. Farrisa complied almost instantly.
“you willing to trust a bird?” Dan asked.
“well it IS a woman, yes? Mothers always know best,” she cackled. Dan chuckled at her and slowly started to follow as well.
They finally made it to a house. It looked like it had been out of use for a little while, but not too long. The mamabo nuzzled Farrisa goodbye and gave a bit of a glare at Dan. Like a mother who is looking at the boyfriend she didn’t approve of her daughter dating. The bird circled him once, sniffed his neck, and lowly chirped. Farrisa giggled.
“’Looks like ‘mama’ approves.” Dan raised an eyebrow at her.
“Approved of me being what?” Farrisa knew what he was trying to make her say without thinking. Mamabo was following along, too. She nudged him into Farrisa.
“Well then,” Dan said, looking down at the small-packaged woman. She returned his glance. Slowly, Dan slipped his fingers through her silk hair to uncover her ear. Goodness she smelt nice. He kissed her ear softly, but she tried pushing him away like she didn’t like it. He looked at her again for a moment or two, then looked around for a family of chocobos.
Non to be found.
They looked back at each other, laughing.
“g’night, Dan.”
“Sweet dreams, Farrisa.”

:star:Lips:“Thank God, Farrisa…. Thank God…” he kept muttering in Farrisa’s shoulder. His hug was so tight, but he kept it gentle. “Are you okay, Farrisa?” he whispered.
“Yes, Dan, I’m fine.” She replied. All that happened to her was being thrown like a ragdoll to the ground: nothing major in her opinion. Last thing she remembered was a blur of Dan and *X-Death duking it out.
The monster was lying on the ground lifeless, though.
She held onto the side of Dan’s neck for support while she was half lying on the ground. He raised his head up from her shoulder; relief was contradicted with worry was all over his face.
“Don’t give me that look, Dan. You know I’m as tough as nails.” She coughed a few times, making what she had just said invalid in Dan’s mind.
“That may be so, but even I know you’re just a woman.” He stated as he began to run his hand through her milky hair. She smiled a bit, she knew he was really worried about her.
“Farrisa…” he gargled. She couldn’t help but relax and enjoy the sound of his voice. It was her biggest mistake though. She had let down her guard, and left a part open she was meant to always hide.
Dan couldn’t take it anymore, and took advantage of the moment. He peeled off the scarf from her face.
Goodness she was beautiful.
She tried pushing him back by his chin, but he came on strong: tilting up her head and took his prize.
A sweet, tender kiss.
Farrisa kept trying to push back. She knew the *curse would kill him any moment. But as long as he was staying on strong, she knew he was alive. He slowly lost his grip on her, slipping into cold dormancy.
